SUMMARY

Although most of our attention is focused on improving our own processes, we are always happy to help other departments in optimizing their business processes that use IT components. The changes implemented are mainly used to reduce the workload of other departments.

KEY ACTIONS

- We have created a standard approach to implement the lifecycle of users (create, modify, remove) in company cloud applications. By implementing Single Sign-On and Azure Provisioning, there is no need to manage users in individual applications, and apps like “App1”, “App2”, “App3” can be implemented faster, safer, and more reliable.

- Email groups that contain emails belonging to different company offices are maintained automatically to allow for more precise communication with employees.
